This requires the transfer of your entire business or the part of your business associated with the goods or services associated with the trademark applications.
Otherwise, you must wait until after you file an Amendment to Allege Use or a Statement of Use before you file your assignment.
Name change
This is when the name or status of the owner changes. A request must be filed at the USPTO so that the records are updated to reflect the change.
