Sometimes you need to evaluate whether a patent is valid.
For example, when you are accused of infringing a patent of a third party, one of your defences is to show that the patent is not valid, i.e., the patent should not have been issued.
We will search the relevant disclosures around the world, evaluate the search results, and assess the likelihood whether the patent is invalid. If the assessment shows that the patent likely should not have been issued, you will gain an important leverage in your response to the accusation.
