Our fixed fee trademark application service includes preparing and filing of a trademark application with one class of goods or services and paying government fee for that one class.
If there are more than one class, we charge a fixed additional government fee and service fee for each class in excess of the first class. In 2024, the fee is $339 for each additional class for Canadian trademark applications and $770 for each additional class for United States trademark applications.

2. Preparation of the trademark application
We will prepare a draft of your trademark application and send it to you for a final review.
3. Filing the trademark application
Upon your approval of the draft application, we will file it with CIPO and pay the application fee.
4. Monitoring the status of the trademark application
After the application is filed, we follow through the trademark application process, so that you can focus on your business.
